Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships.
Shipping Times Because we work with global suppliers and use a dropshipping model, estimated delivery times may vary:
USA & Canada: 7–15 business days
UK, Europe: 10–20 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
Rest of the World: 10–25 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays can occur due to customs, weather, holidays, or high order volume.
Shipping Rates We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD. Orders under $50 may be subject to a flat shipping fee depending on your location. Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
